Requirements
More than 3 years of professional experience in M&A or Corporate Finance
Proven track record supporting multiple M&A transactions from inception to close
Affinity for the technology sector
Strong financial and analytical skill set
Excellent organizational abilities
Team player with effective collaboration skills
Strong ownership, positive mindset, and hands-on approach
