The role involves close collaboration with clients and investors on the preparation and presentation of valuations, business plans, financial models, information memoranda, and supporting financial analyses.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme
Strong interest in the technology sector
Prior internships in Corporate Finance or M&A are a plus
Strong financial and analytical skills
Team player with effective collaboration skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality
